How To Fix BMW Z3 Roof Leak

I own a 1998 BMW Z3 convertible and the roof is leaking on the passenger side during heavy rains. How can I fix this?

Roof Not Working

motor sounds, does get unlock but doesn't go down, the latches in the trunk, to increase room, are down. so those are not the problem.
