IM Looking For The "Roadster" Decal That Glues To The Threshold On The Pass...

I have a 2000 BMW Z3 and I am looking for the decal "Roadster" that is glued to the threshold on the passsenger side. Can anyone tell me where I can order one of these?

Where Can I Get Seat Slides For A 1997Z3?

I just bought a 1997 Z3 and the seats slide about an inch whenever you start or stop the vehicle? Do the slides need to be replaced and if so where could i get them?
