Help I'm Freezing!!!!!

2000 Ford explorer no heat. Barely Luke warm. Have checked thermostat and door actuator could I have missed something both hoses right and it seems to get cooler when goes from floor to vent.

Why Does My RPM Go Up And Down And I Have Loss Of Power/hesitation

When I push the gas my RPM will go up to 3 and I feel like loss of power and/or hesitation. When I let off the gas the RPM will go down. RPM will also go up and down as I'm accelerating.
