I have a 1989 Chevy Cheyenne 1500, it turns over, the battery is new, all the fluids are fine, but it wont drive forward, itll drive in reverse all day long though, does anyone know what may be wrong and how I can fix it?

If you have no forward gears,hate to tell you this,but tranny has gone bad,there is no easy fix for this,only repair it or replace it.

It also is pushing water out of the cap after being driven. It isnt using water though, so i dont think its a head gasket
