when I drive my 2003 ford it will flushes the battery light then a couple minutes later it turn off when I'm driving then it will start again then a few minutes the same thing happens ag

If engine light is on go have it scanned if possible to know the issue,i could guess but there are multible things it could be,first thing would be check the alternator and the battery.

The battery light flashes then a couple of minutes later it turns of and all the lights come on and when you first start it the radio is off you have to turn it on by hand

Kayla ,my guess would be alternator or battery,but if this is not the issue may be that ECM/brain is going bad.

You don't add water to the radiator you need the orange antifreeze. The fuse box is bad my wife's truck did the same thing have your mechanic check that first.
