My car wont star

A couple days ago it was raining very hard I started
my car and I was driving it on the freeway and next
thing I know it died on me and doesn't want to start
things then did anyone try to help me and see
what's wrong with the car
The other day i was driving my car on The rain i
was druving on the freeway and it died on me and
it wont star since them what can it be.
