I have a 99 vw Passat 1.8 v4 it cranks but doesn’t turn over
I’ve replaced the starter sparks the fuel pump
works I don’t know what’s causing the

are the injectors firing ? Things need to be tested , vehicles can be particular about proper spark/fuel pressure , just having them won't do . I consider cranking & turning over the same thing .
