is there a minimum level how low the hybrid battery can go

when watching the hybrid battery level on the dash board, I notice that the
battery sometimes goes very low in battery level. is that normal and will it stay
above a certain minimum level

I doubt you have much if any control over the hybrid battery charge status. This will be determined by the operating software.
