hybrid battery running low

Im at the car wash in my 2017 Hybrid AWD highlander.  49,000 miles.  goin
through the car wash in neutral, after about 6 minutes, a warning light came on
telling me my hybrid battery is running low, shift to drive.  is this something i
should be concerned about?  whats going on here?

Yes, have your local Toyota Dealer look at it and hopefully you're still in warranty! Those batteries are not cheap and not something that should be messed with without the proper knowledge, tools and equipment! If not handled correctly those batteries can kill people, literally!! Hope that helps! Jim

fair enough. on the plus side, that car is maintained directly by Toyota North America, At their headquarters so i'll shout at them and have them address it. thanks.
