after being jumped, radio lost power and cannot be turned on.  Checked all

If it is a factory radio there are no fuses behind the radio. Was the radio on when it was jumped? If so then you may have very well fried the radio as they do not like voltage surges. I recommend you have the dealer check it out as some models use the BCM as a controller for accessories and if that is the case with yours the BCM may need a reflash.
