i have a 2009 passat and the motor has gone bad i took it to little rock to have it serviced and a wk later the engine blew with 64000 miles help!!!

theres metal in the oil should i hire an attorney because i think little rock is liable here whose ever heard of a engine goin bad with 64000 miles a pretty much luxury vehicle

i mean im paying 374.00 a month car payments and it just went out of warranty like 3000 miles ago

It really depends on what kind of maintenance it had, and whether it blew from something the shop you took it to did. That's a tough call and tough case to prove.
