2010 XT Limited - Is this a good price

I am getting quotes from dealers - what do you guys think of this:
XT Limited                                   $27,402.00
BlueConnect (Not Navi System)         $480.00
Extended Warranty                        $1,956.50

I am considering the extended warranty because of the reliability of turbos and the moonroof issues on other Foresters.

Thoughts?  I appreciate your feedback!

Go for it in UK we have to spend same amount in UK Pounds Check out UK Price list for Foresters http://www.subaru.co.uk/Subaru_co_uk/ViewMenu.qed?menuid=M0M5M12
