Service battery

I have a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ. A couple
days ago I started to get a message on the
dash that said “service battery charging
system” with the red battery light coming on.
I’ve had my battery and alternator tested. And
was told they were good. So I replaced 3 of
my actuators because they had been
knocking even when the car is off so I thought
that was the problem. But the light still comes
on. And today I got a “battery saver active”
message. Not really sure what to do

My actuator has been ticking forever even when car is off.Where is the actuator located under passenger dash or somewhere else?check Charging system message & battery saver message came on then car lost power & stopped.
