2006 civic wont hold idle after resetting pcm

2006 Honda civic. I Put in new throttle body, with scan tool reset pcm so i could
reset throttle. now car won't hold idle on its own and stalls

yea, that's all good, and if i reset the throttle it surges back and forth from 1500 to 2000 rpm like its possessed.
