2016 Chevrolet Traverse still good to go?

Personally, I would leave it. A service contract is only going to go maybe a year or 2 at the most but with that kind of mileage most won't do it a contract. Plus 8 grand seems a little steep for it. I would look around for something that has better reviews.

I'd get something like a Ford Escape. GM has been making poor quality vehicles for nearly 30 years now. Electrical problems, engine and transmission failures, check engine light problems that can't be fixed, water leaks, and the list goes on and on. Absent that, any vehicle approaching 200,000 miles isn't worth $8,000. It's already outlived it's expected lifespan and could drop dead tomorrow. Keep shopping. Jim
