I Have 55K Miles On A 2000 Mustang -when To Change The Timing Belt?

I inherted a 2000 (with 38K) in 2014. It was a kept in a garage and not driven very much. I now have 55K miles... how should adjust the maintence schedule - specifically changing the timeing belt?

Where is the turn signal relay located in a 2006 mustang gt? I have read that it is in the passenger side kick panel area but how do I determine which one is the correct relay?
