Time And Date Not Displaying On Kia Receiver

Problem with date and time not showing up at all on my receiver. Options to adjust time are not available (greyed out).

My 2016 Optima SX clock and date in Navigation system are not working as of 3 days ago and grayed out so I can't adjust manually.
